The rules our advisors work under
This industry has a deserved reputation problem. Here is exactly what we do about it.
How we vet
A live test reading
Every applicant does an unscripted reading with a member of our team. We are looking for someone who listens, who is comfortable saying 'I don't know', and who does not lean on fear.
Identity and references
We verify government ID and take at least two references from previous clients or platforms. Advisors read under a working name, but we know who they are.
Ongoing rating floor
Advisors who fall below 4.2 across their last fifty readings are reviewed, and removed if the pattern holds. We decline far more applicants than we accept.
What an advisor may never do
These are grounds for immediate removal, not a warning. If any of them happens to you, report it and we will refund the reading in full.
- Claiming a curse, hex or block on you that they can remove for money.
- Diagnosing an illness, or telling you to start or stop any treatment.
- Giving legal, tax or investment instructions.
- Predicting a death, a pregnancy loss, or a terminal diagnosis.
- Creating urgency — 'call back tonight or it will be too late'.
- Asking you to pay, tip or continue a reading off the platform.
Report something
Email care@mystrea.comwith the advisor's name and roughly when the reading happened. A person reads every report, and we come back to you within one business day.
