How does the free trial work?
Your first 3 minutes with a new advisor are free. You add billing details before the chat opens so the session can continue uninterrupted, but you are not charged until the free minutes are used. You can end the chat at any point.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Mystrea runs on prepaid credit — you buy a balance, it is drawn down by the minute, and it never expires. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
How do you vet advisors?
Every applicant completes a live test reading with our team, provides two references and verified ID, and signs our conduct standards. We decline far more applicants than we accept, and we remove advisors whose rating falls below 4.2 across their last fifty readings.
Is my reading private?
Yes. Advisors see only the first name you choose to give. Chat transcripts are visible to you and your advisor, and we never sell member data. You can delete your account and transcripts at any time.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If your first paid reading isn't right, contact us within 72 hours and we'll credit those minutes back to your balance. No argument, no form to fill in.
